I read a similar story last night, not sure if the ESPN one quotes the SLAM interview with West, but damn did his English teacher fail him... He talks like a cartoon character.

Yeah I was kinda annoyed how seemingly every site on the internet chopped that awesome Slam interview down to three paragraphs w/ details about that night and slammed that up as if it even came close to covering the depth of that "Day in The Life."

Christ, the article itself wasn't exactly long, they could have at least mentioned a little bit of the bipolar stuff.

Wasn't just Truehoop that cut out the bipolar stuff either.

That Slam piece was taken from a full scale discussion re: Delonte and his demons to "HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT!!@"

The SLAM piece is a really epic piece once you get past laughing about how he talks. So many issues are being highlighted, many of which I am not sure the author even realizes. This piece sums it up somewhat...
