Hey, there's a game on! Half way to St. Patties day I guess. So the White Sox are wearing Green Sox

Chisenhall with a 2-run bomb earlier... of course it's tied now in the 5th

Chiz with another 2-run home run and is responsible for all four runs scored by the Indians.

Figures one of our players finally busts out now that we're cooked.

Yeah, at last they can take it easy and just play some ball! No more worrying about watching the scoreboard anymore. It's like going to school in May...the end's in sight and you're just on auto-pilot, doing just enough to stay out of the principal's office. No more thinking about silly concepts like "competing" or "stepping it up." Just be yourself again!! Better yet, with the NFL season starting, no one's watching, anyway. Pressure's off!

Maybe Grady can finally relax, too, and stop grounding out to the right side of the infield.

Exciting times...we get some good ball games again. :thumb up:

I wouldn't get too bent with Chiz. I said months ago that developing kids and contending don't mix well. The Tribe had no choice. But Chiz needs to play everyday and maybe now he can learn and develop without his failings being compounded. Doesn't mean he doesn't handle pressure well or anything else. Means he's a kid adjusting to the best pitchers in the world.

Phelps looked scared.
Chisenhall looked lost.
Kipnis looked like he belonged.

All from Day 1.

Very few guys like Kipnis out there which was my entire point about expecting kids to lead your pennant run.

That shit takes time.

He has it now and the Indians need to force feed him, Carrera, Phelps, Donald, etc for the rest of the season. Get them all 70 more ABs.
