Almost forgot there was a game on at 12:05 today. Tune in to see Sloth hammer a Verlander pitch over to the HR Porch in left.

No one told Sloth it was all over. That would have to be two of the more unlikely two-run homers off of Verlander this season.

Tremendous.
Tigers load 'em up in the 8th w/no one out on a single, an error and a sac bunt that Chisenhall took his sweet time with to turn into a hit. Masterson exits with Miggy and Vic looming and nobody down.
I should just avoid the next 30 minutes.

And that should pretty much take care of that.
Nice pitch Tony Sipp.
Give teams that can hit 5 or 6 outs and they just might put 5 on you w/o an out.

Yeah, I'm sure Masterson could have done that all by himself instead of letting the pen do it for him. Thanks for taking it easy on us, Vic.

It's a one-run game!

Another two-run homer...and it
wasn't Duncan's. The ChizKid got us two. Now on to finish the Tigers...
maybe.

And then..... depression set in.
2 starters in lineup today from opening day lineup and your Tribe OF was Crowe, Carrera and Fukodome. All borderline 4th OFs on quality team. Really amazing they were viable as long as they were.

Yeah, amazing. They kept it alive through the end of August. I'm not complaining about that. I thought Acta did a pretty decent job all things considered.
When you add up how many games were missed by Brantley, Choo, Hafner, Sizemore, and Carrasco due to injury, it's amazing they hung around this long.
Who'd have thought we'd be buyers at the trade deadline and trading for a guy who had 15 wins at the All-Star break last year?
Now we can relax and watch the kids for three weeks.

You know what makes this suck even worse. In the fantasy playoffs Im playing detroit. He is the lowest ranked seed and Im the highest and highest scoring team and his stupid team is beating me.
