http://news.yahoo.com/why-drug-testing- ... 05581.htmlNot sure if this has been beat to death in this forum........BUT
If the proper qualifications (meaning exemptions for those on doctored prescribed medications, including medical weed) are met, how the fuck can this be unconstitutional?......
I think that funding drug addicts with taxpayer welfare is unconstitutional......

Forget the constitutionality (if that's a word). These type of laws rely on people's prejudices while usually costing more to implement than they save in denial of welfare benefits.

No.
The whole thing is a stupid idea.
They don't want to pay for drug addicts, but they want to pay for testing people who may or may not be drug addicts. BRILLIANT!
If people had any sense at all, they would be screaming for the pointless and fake "War on Drugs" to be brought to an end....... but they have no sense, so we get this retarded idea.
Politicians, man........ just bury 'em in the woods.

As far as it being constitutional goes... do any government jobs require drug testing? Cause if so I don't see what the difference is.
You can't say its an unreasonable search to have to piss in a cup for a free government check, but its not an unreasonable search too piss in a cup for a government check you worked for.

Republicans HATE big government........ unless it's their idea.
Why are we spending billions fighting a War on Drugs that has obviously failed totally?
Why haven't we capitalized on the billions of dollars legalizing Marijuana would bring in tax revenue? It's our biggest cash crop by far, but we make no money off it. Actually we waste god awful amounts of money on arresting people who sell or use it. BRILLIANT!
I don't think I have ever heard a logical argument on why it should be illegal.... probably because there isn't one.
