I wonder if Beckett came out because his knee is bothering him again. He felt it tweak when warming up before the All Star game and pulled himself out of the game. So far this year he's been bothered by pain in the neck, knee, and back. IMO he's just a pain in the ass.....

speaking of those 2, has anybody with inside knowledge heard when Lee and Hagadone may be called up to replace either of those 2.

Also I personally I would like to see both of them on the postseason roster if we faced the Skankees because I think it would be an advantage to throw out arms they have never seen before. We will need all the advantages we can get.
