Well said. I'd rather let the guys we have (and who are on the way) use this year as an experience builder. Let's see how far we get, but not at the cost of anybody who is/was a big part of the plan. Anything involving a post-season is a bonus, but we're not equipped to go far, anyway. (Obviously I hope we do, but let's face it, it's not realistic.) I'd rather they build from this and come out swinging next year. We can't afford to be stupid.

This is MLB baseball, not like the fake shady NBA where you can't even stand up off the bench without being suspended when a fight occurs. Hockey has fighting, no? And those guys beat the shit outta each other and the crowd loves it.
