Hope it's a good one with a few craft beers and a barbeque of some sort. :thumb up:

Thanks, yeah a few craft brews are in order, although I actually celebrated yesterday....I thought it would be more fun to celebrate my last day @ 29 than my first @ 30.

I think I'm going to make a habit of that.

As for the BBQ, finished making the food for my parents party in Cleveland for the 4th yesterday, well most of it.

Made 5lbs of Brats, 5lbs of italian sausage, and 10lbs of smoked keilbasa. And then I'll smoke a couple pork shoulders on the 3rd so I can party on the 4th instead of working.

Can't begin to tell you how good the bbq stuff sounds. But I'm gonna need an address if I'm going to join you on the fourth ;-) ;)

I'll bring the beer :thumb up:

Yeah actually, come to think of it, you would probably especially enjoy the brats, I marinated and cased that meat with yeungling instead of ice water. True beer brats.

Happy Birthday, homes. Hope it was a good one.

And yeah, that menu sounds incredible. What type of smoker are you rolling with?

I've got a 22" weber bullet... I love it, but in terms of set it and forget it, it's no match for the BGE, but I'm goin to pick up a stoker system as an add on...don't know if you've seen it, but it's pretty damn awesome. Controls a blower on your vent to control temps, controlled over wifi.

Fuckin thing will send you twitter updates on your kettle and meat temps.

Shit, I wish I wouldn't have asked. Now I'm pricing smokers online.
