Naturally, I can't view youtube videos at work, so I'm not sure exactly what has been posted above. On the (slight) chance it is something incredibly nice and thoughtful, I'll say that the 2nd surgery was deemed a tenative success and I am feeling better.

More likely though, I'll say but reserve the right to rescind that after I watch it tonight.
