Coming from a Wolverine, we're the football equivalent of a formerly abused wife of a meth addict who just remarried the safe nice guy. We're just glad we have someone who's aware that it's a rivalry and that tackling on defense is integral. Baby steps.

Northwestern is pretty bad this year. They don't have the personnel to run their offense. This won't be a contest, but Sweatervest has never been one to run up the score.

I'm going to the game this week. Got tickets from my uncle who is alumni, and then heading to the Genesis concert after the game. What a weekend baby.

Yep, got scoped this week. Beanie's injury didn't look to be serious, but ankles can be funny, especially for a RB.

Beanie's ankle has been funny for six months. I have a feeling he won't be right all year.

4. Penn St: Sell. Why is Penn St. one of the media darlings this year? It escapes me completely. I see an ordinary offense that lost its best player, Tony Hunt, to the NFL. I see a veteran quarterback, protected by a below average offensive line, who has been inconsistent (good numbers, but erratic play) and average wide receivers.
Sometimes it hurts being this good.
