Yeah. He did. For sure. It was fun to watch. Only way it woulda been better is if his achilles ripped. ;-) ;)

The issue is you have no credibility due to a severe lack of objectivity.

When you come into or create a thread that also gives the guy his due on the nights (or in the series) where he's dominant (like he was for 90% of the Celtics and Bulls series on both ends) then maybe these bi-monthly check-ins actually carry some weight.

Until then it looks like trolling. We all watched. We all hear the national guys killing him and rightly so. You just seem to miss the opportunities to show up the 90% of the time when the a-hole is the best player on the court.

We all hate him Spin. The difference is some people get beyond that part of it.

Might as well go ahead and call me an ass hole, I rooted against the Baltimodell Ravens in Super Bowl 35. What the fuck was I thinking? :spanky:

Oh I'm here several times a day. I guess you have to post everyday to get "cred".

It's not about hate for El BJ and not "being over it". I made the observation that the uniform has changed, but he still puckers up when it matters most. Sure he comes through in the early rounds, always has.

And even if it was anti-Heat anti-El BJ, anti-whatever, why is it different than the hundreds of "It's XYZ and Michigan still sucks", anti-Steelers, anti-whoever posts?

And I'm still predicting the Heat to win, the thread is "MAYBE Gilbert was right". Must be an interesting topic, it's now on its 4th page. That's a lot of discussion for a troll post. In between the whining and bitching there is discussion. The rest are welcome to whine and bitch about something else now. ;-) ;)

I'd like to know how LBJ "puckered up" against the Celtics in '08 or the Magic in '09.

LeBron did it with house money. Guy always does amazing when the pressure is dialed down, or no one gives him a chance. Nothing to lose there...

Why this even gets brought up? Because one feels the need to call out us guys and the other doesn't like the intellectual integrity of the post. There is meat on both sides of the plate, and until LBJ wins it all it isn't settled.

No, acting as if LBJ has choked away and puckered up every time he has been in the playoffs is 100% untrue.

Acting like LBJ puckered up and choked last night is true.

Spin can't tell the difference because he can't remove his head from his ass.

Like I said, regular season, early rounds, he's golden. He channels Magic and Michael at the same time.

Until he wears a Finals MVP ring, his sphincterhood will be in question. By people a lot closer to the game than me.

Geezes christ dumbass, his series he lost in the late rounds against the Magic and Celtics (and he was favored over the Magic OJ w/ plenty of pressure) were two of the better playoffs series seen in ages.

Stop pretending like anything else went down.

And go the fuck away again.

What you should try is taking a hint and shutting the fuck up instead of clowning for the last word.

And if you don't want to take that advice then go out big and with a bang because that's where the troliing and the bullshit is going to take you.

Your call.

Sorry sir. Yes sir. I keep forgetting only the clique is allowed to fuck around, sir.

If this is such a "troll" thread, by your definition, delete the mother fucker. Do us all a favor.

In the meantime, I'll have the last word when the finals are over.

As noted by pretty much everyone who's looked at the latest entry there's simply nothing funny or amusing or whimsical or tongue in cheek about it. It reeks of trolling.

I'm sure that's our fault too.

And I'm not deleting it or shutting it down. It'll serve as just enough rope for ya to either hang yourself with or create some slack.

Places become 'shit holes' when posters stop by every two or three weeks, drop a deuce in a thread and then walk away til the next time. You know how that is.

I'm a moderator on several forums (this one included).

I don't consider a person who posts in 13 different threads in 9 days (since June 1) and averages 1.4 posts a day over four years as a "troll" who "stops by every two or three weeks, drop a deuce in a thread and then walk away til the next time".

And before writing a topic off as "troll post" I actually wade through all
the ignorant one-liner replies by people who think they know what the hell it's about,
the ass holes who have a man crush on the poster and follows them around from topic to topic baiting (the same baiter the bad joke was for),
and the general bull shitters, trying to create another "epic thread"

to see if it there is actually intelligent conversation going on, buried beneath the banter.

But that's how I do my job.

Mod on. I'm going back to the other topics, and checking to see if anyone is starting any shit in the places I mod.

Oh..you're all over the boards today Spin, no doubt. You can be a troll and not be an idiot. Contributing in forums you typically stay out of for a post such as this one in the hopes it might bring some legitimacy.

And there are plenty (if not all) of posters who will contribute in one thread and troll another at some point. Which is what you're doing with this one whether you want to say it or not. Sometimes, if it's done properly, it can create conversation amongst many. Other times, like this one, it becomes a pissing contest that benefits no one except the person looking for attention gained by picking off the scab every couple weeks and seeing what color the pus has turned.

It will never show up as a response here but I'd love to hear what you thought you were gonna get when you reopened this one. Especially when there are others devoted to the Finals. Sure seems like a 'look at me again everyone' moment to me.

Just today huh? Most of the threads I jawed in today I already had several posts in. The hockey ones, Terrell, think I answered something about old time Indians today. Maybe that's the outlier you saw. Before today there was answering a call-out about KSU baseball, Facebook, Tress...

And to be honest, I got this topic off a national radio talk show. They got a slightly different response than I did. ::doh:: Once in awhile I do step in it here.

Was hannah hot during the Albert Belle days? Shit I can't recall thinking anything about her other than she's a journalist. Now I suddenly want to throw her down... Is it us getting old, or were we just not paying attention?

I had LeBron pegged all along. What did they say, 28 fourth period points for the whole series? Pucker power baby!!! Dirk had as many as LeBron and DW combined.

And all the better that Dirk, Carlisle, and the rest for getting their ring. I always liked Dirk, but couldn't stand Avery. And class act by Cuban, staying out of the spotlight and having commish present the trophy to Don Carter.

A pretty good night, all around...  :woot:

Maybe Gilbert WAS right. We'll have to wait at least another year to find out.

Got a couple emails from people who know people who work at Quicken.

TMLP sent out a company wide email telling all Quicken employees they can stop working 12 minutes early today (length of the fourth quarter) and go home.
