The Power Of Few is a movie written and directed by the pride of Youngstown, Leone Marucci. He's a good friend of my buddy Brian. He left for LA after high school (Boardman I think) and has written and directed a few things. In around 2001 he showed us his short film "Meddle and Steel". It was pretty fucking impressive to tell you the truth.
The Power Of Few "revolves around an enigmatic smuggling ring’s efforts to steal a priceless artifact. The story unfolds through the unique perspective of five characters who cross paths on a day filled with danger, hope and possible transformation."
It stars Christopher Walken, Christian Slater, and Q'orianka Kilcher.
The interesting thing about this flick is they are letting anyone try their hand at editing scene 64 of the movie. If you go to the website, you'll find all of the film for that scene as well as music. They are inviting you to edit it any way you see fit. The best edit will actually make the movie and the creator gets a screen credit.
I haven't dicked around too much there yet, but it looks pretty cool.
Check it out.
