Who would you pick to represent the Cavs?

Mike Polk?
Colt McCoy?
Joe Tait?
JB?
Dennis Kucinich?
Other?

Tait should have been the pick. With how shitty that dude's career ended here, LeFuckface quitting on us then leaving, health problems, historically bad final season ... woulda been a nice touch, nice chance to have him go out with something positive.

If not him, JB.

Look, TMLP is a shitty owner and a douche, but this kid doesn't deserve any shit thrown his way. Not his fault his dad is sending him.

You're right I didn't read the link, and seeing my post 99.99% of the world would realize that and that my purpose wasn't to rip on the kid.

But thank God ITGP is here to save the day, imagine if I double posted, HOLY SHITS1!$!

Don't see anything wrong given the confluence of the dates. The duty of sitting uncomfortably at the dias while Stern gives the order is for show. The resuls happen behind closed doors and an executive of the Cavaliers is attending that...

Nothing wrong with getting exposure to NF and raising some money. Just shows Gilbert Cares...

Is it stupid to me, to feel that Stern is going to "freezer" the cavs envelope to ensure that they don't get the 1st pick due to Gilberts actions last june?

Not to go conspiracy, just seems like it's not impossible at this moment.

Do I need to make it clear that I don't really give a shit who goes and I am glad he can use it to bring awareness to his child's situation. Cavs and Gilbert matching donations, good for them. I was just seeing who you all would send.

e0y prefers that they send Big Dawg Thompson and Dawgpound Mike. Those two make shit happen. Maybe they could threaten to protest the NBA on behalf of Cleveland unless we get Kyrie.

I would like to throw Triv's hat in to the ring as well. Dude has a face for TV

His son, Tait and even Colt make plenty of sense to me, either way the NBA draft is too worthless to watch regardless of who is involved.

Having Joe pack everything up for a weekend in New York so he can wave at the camera for five minutes doesn't sound like something I'd want to put on a guy who's enjoying a well-earned retirement after said health problems.

Personally, I would've brought together Darius Miles, Desaguna Diop, Luke Jackson, and Chris Mihm to see if the combined force of suck could create a counter-vortex.

If Silas is the Bobcats representative, how great would it be to see Gilbert's kid pass him a note?

Written in Comic Sans of course.

Recreate Gilbert's first debacle here when he was passing Silas notes on who to play and who not to.

The nice thing about being the Cavaliers rep at the lottery is that there isn't any possible way you could be the biggest stiff they've ever sent there. Christ, think about the cast of characters that have already been there. Luckily, the lottery doesn't extend back through the entire history of the team, Stepien woulda sent the Fat guy eatin' beer cans.

That's pretty much apocalyptic.

I'm OK with the 2nd pick, because I really like Bismark Biyombo. But anything worse than 2nd is not good (I think Kyrie and Biyombo go 1-2 in almost any scenario).

Holy fuck... how long can they drag this out?

So essentially we don't have one or else we are super incredibly lucky... Thanks Clips, I guess Gilbert bought a top 3 pick... not so bad eh
In the end, we're all "only for a limited time," you guys.

#4 and a top 3. Given how much this team needs and the fact that this draft is devoid of a true star or two, that pick at 4 is pretty fucking sweet. The Clippers run of ridiculously bad luck continues, of course their pick became a top 3... because they are the fucking clippers and they traded it!
