Pretty disturbing if the reports are even close to being accurate.

I'm pretty hard on on any man that strikes a woman, but IMO this is about as close as it gets to being acceptable if you were present and could help.

If this linked report is true it really puts a twist on this story, doesn't enforce a justification for it by any means however.

This brings so many questions into play here.

The girl claims to be trans gender, was a man now a "women". Claims the 2 assailants said "it's a dude!" while all 3 were in the woman's restroom, (I kind of assumed the cock gets removed in a man-to-woman procedure) so it begs the ultimate question of how would they know the victim was or wasn't a woman (especially in a woman's restroom with closed stalls)? If the cock was still attached WTF was the victim doing in a woman's bathroom, and did "she" the victim present it to the 14 & 18yr olds in a manner that would garner a very brash reaction (arguably rightfully so, but yet no way justifiable of the end result witnessed in the video)? While a sick thought such a outcome went down like that you'd also think you'd hear the 2 suspects claiming such in the video while attacking the victim? If there was no cock then again how did the gender hate motivation come into play? Did the girl really have a procedure even, or is she delusional due to her inner conflict. Not to mention how such a lie (and her admitted intoxication) would weaken her credibility.

I'm sure there are some thoughts that this was all a ploy by the 3 who knew each other and are going after a big settlement, not sure I buy any of that after viewing the video.

Then you have the angle of the bystanders watching this all unfold (with members of the stronger sex looking pretty pathetic in their attempt to do the moral thing) & also encourage the assailants to flee before LE arrived.

Another point the prosecution will probably go to town on is the fact that after the incident appeared to be dissolved the suspects came back to continue the beating, and did so more than once. You'd think attempted murder could be made plausible and a serious sentence of 50+ years would be attached to a conviction.

Whatever that girl/guy was would NEVER make that acceptable. Sometimes I just prefer not to know every horrible news/event/tragedy. Its depressing that our culture is devolving into such barbarism, and that people would sit there and encourage or sit idle, while it happens.
