First - Congrats to FUDU, the strat champion. I think someone owes him a hoodie or something.

He shut me out (well, Nolan Ryan did) in game seven of the World Series after he stole the first 2 games in my ballpark. It was a hell of a run to end the season.

Totally forgot about the Larry Gura no hitter with like 12 games left. By far the shittiest pitcher I've ever seen hurl a no-no in close to 40 Strat leagues.

The mad run off the heels of the Gura no-no to seize control of a playoff spot, only to get swept in the season ending series to miss the playoffs by a game.

For the record, it wasn't a choke job, it was a tremendous performance from his opponent that week who refused to give up despite being mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. And you still owe me my beer
