I can't in good conscience criticize JJ Hickson for being dumber than his colorful shoes with a basketball that looks like a celsius temperature reading and not give him props for his play the last 6 weeks.

Kid's been a monster on a regular basis during that time. Coincidentally he also found a PG that is experienced in that time period and a guy other than his coach who gets on his ass in practice and also gets him the ball where he can score it on the floor.

Anyway, with Davis and since the deal dude looks good and I give him credit for that and for finishing this miserable year hard.

We are getting close to the point where we can sort of maybe call a two headed PF of JJ and Andy a league average if not slightly above average PF. Of course that all depends on someone on the team being athletic and talented enough a playmaker to get Andy hustle buckets and keep JJ from day dreaming about pink fairy’s and unicorns.

Still wouldn’t think twice about drafting a stud PF in the next couple years.

And I’m already rooting for losses next year, FWIW…. 2012 draft is SICK.

Don't see how anyone can be comfortable with Erden given they haven't seen a lick of him.

Hollins would be fine in a 12-15 mins a night role if he was paired with a legit, physical, big center that could lean on people and wear some down.

Andy probably starts at center. They probably give Erdhen a shot too. It’s not like we have a real roster and can afford to double up anywhere (besides PG with a year of Baron and Kyrie!!!@$!!).

That said, I don’t give a fuck if Peeker trots out there and runs around with a racquetball racquet. The goal next year is once again a top five pick.

And Andy should probably be dealt next year anyhow.

This is a rebuild. Not a patch everything together so we can with 35 games job.

Unless the new CBA says kids have to be two years removed from HS to be eligible for the draft. In that case current HS seniors won't be eligible and it could be a really ugly draft class.

The Trade Exception for Rip Hamilton's contract should net us the Pistons' 2012 First Rounder. It almost happened at the deadline already. We'd probably just need to give them top 3 protection or something.

As far as Jamison, who should our target be? Maybe Jamison to Golden State for Biedrins, bad 2012 expiring contracts, and their 2012 first rounder? Biedrins' contract kind of sucks but that's the only reason they'd consider the deal in the first place. Plus we need a real center.
