Guys Pro Days have begun so here is a great blog from the Godfather about Pro Day performances. I know some lump the data into the useless category but for those who want as much info as they can get. Enjoy

The really useful stuff usually comes from the small school guys.

This is a spot where you see some of these guys names for the first time. It is also a useful resource during the draft itself when a guy you never heard of gets picked, or even picked up as an UDFA

Keep providing links and info my man.

It's something that's grist for the mill if nothing else and it'll produce conversation.

Thanks.

An article by Grossi on upcoming pro days. With a little Browns specific twist.

SD:

Sucker throws a better ball than Drew , butt he drue apt comparisons .

Biggest difference Bledsoe was hard as nails and would hang in the pocket with the building burning down , while this kid folds like Tin foil in the wind without heart.

Put a Kingon force field around him and you'll see darts especially in the mid and loong range deep game .

Al Davis will try and ressurrect Daryll Larmonica because his game IQ ain't much different , but the bombs away mindset and skillset is all that and more.

I could and would buy the Al Davis landing zone. Too bad for him he gave his pick to Hoodie.

Tony Grossi TonyGrossi

#Browns at Ala. pro day today. Marcell Dareus, Julio Jones, Greg McElroy. Same contingent prob. makes 3 hr drive from Auburn to Tuscaloosa.

I could see the Browns realistically drafting either of the first two at no. 6, and McElroy could be the "QB we draft later".

SD:

If Mangy was here and all we were dong is handing off maybe , but the kid has zero WCO abilities minimal manueverability and a so so arm and although he's smart as a whip and ran a pro style offense , I'm not sure he's worth screwing with if you signed him and he payed you to be a udfa.

Even as a project you want somebody who exhibits a skillset conduscive to maximizing your offense just in case you do find lightning in a bottle .

YMMV

I heard the Clinic is allegedly pioneering the concept of a head transplant. If so, look for cam in round one and McElroy in round 6. Dynasty, baby.

I'm still holding out hope that the QB we take later is Kapernick. Nevada's Pro Day is March 22 - let's hope Colin has a bad cold on that day and looks like shit.

I know we talked about Cecil Shorts before. If he was really this fast, that is impressive. I didn't know he was a track guy also. 5th in the 55 meter indoors shows his ability to get up to speed quickly.

Nice to see Heyaward back on the field.

Being that slow he will limit his teams to 3-4 teams. Although in Heckert did say "He could play DT for us".
