This isn't going to be a shit-talking thread. That would be too easy. I am wondering if you guys see the same thing in Brian Gregory that I see. A guy who can recruit, can reasonably manage in-game situations, but is AWFUL at developing his players.

Chris Wright is the microcosm, but not the entirety of the problem. Kid came in as a raw, athletic freak who had huge upside. He leaves as a raw, athletic freak. How can a guy spend four years at a mid to high major D-1 school without getting better? His footwork today was terrible. But it's only half his fault. Some of his failure to develop falls at the feet of Brian Gregory. It has to. Right?

Acknowledging the post. I haven't been able to put my finger on the root issues, but the Flyers have looked over-their-heads in tough match ups for years. NIT run was nice, but that might have happened despite Gregory.
