Cavs have now proven how easy it is to get out of perpetual lotto hell. You just need an owner willing to spend. Once-in-a-lifetime talent of course doesn't hurt right?

Here's how we'll know what's up:
If he Sam Bowies his knee or Zydrunas's his foot, the Cavs will get the first pick in this draft.
If he comes back and plays (or doesn't play) and is perfectly healthy, the Cavs will receive the 8th and 13th picks in June.
I don't know why we didn't think of that earlier.

Not arguing your points at all. Jus sayin.
What you say rings Kemba "Mo" Williams to me.
That is why you only take the tourney for so much salt.

Not to the point that we don't see much of the west coast guys but to the point that dude has always been who he is physically and never dominated a game like he did against Duke.
It's great we saw his upside against Duke. But it's not great that he took as many games off during this year and his career as he did.

First off, Williams is a sophomore. He averaged 16/7 in 28 minutes his freshman year, while shooting 57%. Going into this year he added the three pointer. He shot the 7th best 3PT% in NCAA history, and the best in 20 years. He also is in second place for FTA per game in the NCAA this year (at 8.6). He was the only double digit scorer on his team for the season, no one else grabbed more than 4.6 boards, no one dished 3 assists, or stole or blocked more than he did on Arizona.
I get the concerns about his size and his role, but the kid was an absolute workhorse for his team. You go ahead and question why he wasn't more dominate, I'll question why Arizona got as deep as they did. I think he is a solid mid/late-lottery pick.
