LeBron's not a bad-ass. He doesn't feed off the animosity. He doesn't like it when people boo him. It sincerely bothers him. He wants to be popular. He feels defensive knowing that every night there are 20,000 pairs of eyes on him, and millions more via TV, waiting with a macabre fascination to see if he unravels psychologically. And I think that will continue to affect him in pressure situations.

Some quotes deserve to be left alone and taken at face value. This is one of them.

Gross gross ending.
That said did you catch Rose on the post game? Guy wasn't even a bit happy because he knew (and admitted publicly) he almost cost his team that game and had to get bailed out.
If you can't get behind D-Rose you really shouldn't watch sports. Guy is pure class.

The Big 3 in Miami did it assuming that if you just happened to toss two possible future HOF'ers on one team and one all-star that they could watch the championships just pour in. No need to work on their game, or possibly get important role-players via the front office.
Maybe we will be seeing less Chris Bosh, LeBron sort of players thanks to this, and more Durant/Rose sort of guys who work their asses off to become winners.
but he was right. Righter every day it seems. Like the addition of more teams wasn't much more than a bunch of smart businessmen making fistfuls of cash.

But again, you need the right guys. Those three are going to go cannibalistic at some point and I'll bet my house Wade comes out with the blood of the other two running down his chin![]()
