Absolutely.

I want to step down as interloper and see the original and best take it back.

Me and the others who steppped in are but Sammy, ur Diamond Dave.

Do a show already, Johnny.

You realize he likes Sammy better than Diamond Dave, right?

That's not the way to induce him to get back to it.

I do agree that we want you out of the position though. ;-) ;) :lmfao:

Nice job with 'interloper' though. Not used nearly enough.

I don't know what Red Rocker thought he was doing, but is sure as fuck wasn't Van Halen.

Sammy : Rog Moore :: Dave : S Connery

Every single classic VH song featured Dave. Every. Single. One.

Van Hager was just another bloated boring corporate rock band. Van Halen was the back drop of a wasted teen aged youth too dumb to know punk existed. Bondo Cutlesses & Chevvies, Mikey's wide mouths, a little weed, and chicks that dressed like Fast Times at Ridgemont, and crusing LS Blvd from 185th to Eastlake.

That's Van Halen.

Shitty MTV videos and Eddie's thumb in his mouth = van hagar.

Wabo needs to do a VH-oriented question for the 5 Questions.

Also, saw the 07 tour with Dave back, was amazing.

The first time I knew I was a Dave fan, was when I bought best of volume 1 as a kid, was psyched to hear "panama" and others I had heard played on radio and recommended by friends. Popped it in, first 7 songs were awesome. Not a clunker in the bunch...as soon as the last "Panama" was heard, I heard it flip into some crappy synth pop and turned it off.

OK wabs you had your chance, I'm going in, if not just to start JB's weekend off on the wrong foot (JB feel free to delete this if wabs puts one up).

1. Since you've had Internet, what's the longest period of time you've gone without using the Internet?

2. What is your life's biggest addiction right now?

3. Choose 1: A)2011 Camaro B)2011 Mustang C)2011 Challenger

4. Describe what would make up your most perfect day?

5. To what lengths would you go to help out somebody on this site, those you've met & those you haven't?

I'm not a mod here FUDU. How else do you think a single FMB post stays up? :lmfao:

1. Prolly about one week to 10 days.

2. Quality beer. But strating next week, it's gonna be exercize and nutrition. :nanner:

3. Stang. the others are cheap.

4. Watching the Browns win the super bowl in a huge bar downtown with thousands of other Browns fans followed by running around shirtless in February buring some cars. Or a lazy sunny July day chilin' with some suds bar hopping in G-o-t-L withe the missus. Or Cedar Point with the whole fam on a sunny June day. A pool, a pond, either is fine.

5. Does it cost me any money? And who are we talking about?

5. To what lengths would you go to help out somebody on this site, those you've met & those you haven't?

You're both nuts, the trend of the designs was for the retro look and the Challenger just absolutely nails the look, virtually identical to it's predecessor of 40 years. As to everything else about the cars, just a matter or preference.

Thing about these cars that blows my mind is their weight, heavy mofo's, all the gadgetry and wiring and insulation really adds up, Heavier than the two 69s I own.

Suffers from Mopar addiction ^^^^^^^^

Yes...

Agree that Dodge got looksies right as far as recreating the muscle car years, but if looks were everything then Jenny Aniston would be some dude's dish for more than 6 months...

Musty's got better acceleration, handling, engine, chassis, price, EPA

Chevy screwed up by not wanting to pay Obama the "guzzler" tax on it's gears and the Dodge is just too damn heavy for a "pony" car...

Jack Roush agrees w/ me

LOL, the only set back for the Challenger is weight, and Dodge already took care of that with their race package, getting rid of that extra 700+ makes that thing untouchable for the other two.

The laws of physics agrees w/ me.

No disagreement there. However they are two totally different class of cars to begin with. Another bottom line, EOD it is a big waste of money either way really, regardless of which car you like best.

I would hope anyone who buys any of them has disposable income and as much as I want a Viper myself it aint happening until other financial priorities are met. The days of cars as any type of long terms investment are long gone.

I drive a 2006 Chevy Silverado, it's much better than these retarded concepts of "bringing back the muscle car MURRICA #1". The Camrao looks like shit, the Mustang is Ford so therefore it is shit, and the Challneger at least tries.

Plus I only ever seen chicks driving Mustangs.

I'll say this about Ford, they at least deserve a look from people and some respect, they didn't cry the blues and borrow from the people. To their credit they got tough and upped their game when things went south, now they are arguably on their way to top of the heap.

Oh boy..... top of the American Car Company heap. Woohooo. Their stuff is still shit, just more profitable.

And i'm not a "Chevy guy", I just like their trucks, the rest of their cars are crap. Especially the Colbalt, what a pile. Oh and the Corvette is still cool. But I could never fit into one so........

Honest of gawd, do you guys really have to Facebook TCF?

WTF happened to talking about sports, politics and/or maybe TV?

This 5QF thing is one of the main reasons I left...

WTF wrong wit you peeps?

If I give a fuck about your opinion on a subject matter I'll ask it straight up. This is faggy ass High-School - College - Facebook bullshit.

Grow up ya'll.

Good fucking lord, I wish peeps like FUDU weren't alive - yet that is a driver here.

Yeah you right FUDU.

Kinda like how Ricky felt comfortable enough wit the community to share his pussy being burst last week?

If it is a real community people can talk about what they should be talking about within the parems of the general speak and they should feel comfortable enough to share what they need to.

It should never be like some bullshit Facebook Ap that forces people to try and comunicate. Five questions for my cunt....

Honestly, pretty sure I played that game in 1st grade.

Trying to hard gets you sent home alone post close and it makes internet boards look desperate.

Honestly if you don't like it why you reading it, not to mention replying to it. ::doh::

Maybe some people just like the bullshit aspect of the medium, maybe they just like to hear some other people's experiences if for no other reason then to be amused. Regardless of the forum or topic, maybe some of the users here just enjoy the experience of connecting with fans of mutual interest about a variety of topics outside of that initial area of common interest.

...and maybe instead of busting out your tired old schtick of hypocritical elitism on anything and everything you feel inferior about in your life you can for once do as you say and ignore it all. Maybe you can even just take a hike instead of trying so damn hard, seriously you aren't getting a gold watch when this is all said and done.

I left for what? Three Months?

I don't give a fuck if this place burns down. Don't give a fuck if I ever visit it again. That been made clear since day one here for me.

The people here I like and respect I can get in touch with (and can move on from fights when they happen). Email is a great animal.

Here is my POV:

Been waiting to call out the site name since Peeks came at me in the NBA thread.

This is TCF.

TCF is about talking about Cleveland Sports.

Relationships spin off of those and you get real posts.

Playing six year old 5 Question games is some cheap ass facebook bullshit.

Argue that FUDU.

If this place is meant to be a 45 year old has-been Facebook club, take it that way. But that on ya'll.

Why do you keep dodging the fact that you do not do as you say, if you don't like it, ignore it, not that hard.

Your real take spin is amusing as always though, it really is. Real take = if it falls inline with what you want to see or hear, it's no secret. Funny as hell though as you can never get that point.

Bottom line is every single forum here (like 99% of all Internet boards) goes through dry spells, phases & what not where traffic flows change. Plenty of good takes in plenty of different places, right now the Browns forum is tough to read on a consistent basis b/c of the time of year it is and a few people going through their same old same old. Is it a turn off, yeah so you move on. The NBA forum isn't all that, and frankly should have been expected with what has happened to the org this past 10 months, remember this place is called TCF DAMN IT!

You want to stick around then stick around, and argue over music and movies (the most subjective topic on the planet to argue about), but honestly you were gone?

Wabs you better make next weeks edition count big time bro.

For someone who doesn't care "if this place gets burned down" and someone who took a three month hiatus, 4.19 posts per day is pretty impressive. I mean, considering you couldn't give a shit less about this place.

This is an off-topic forum for a reason. It can include whatever it wants. Some people like to put a personal touch on who they're talking to. It's not like all of us get together and bullshit on a regular basis. If you don't give a fuck about all of us and hope we all die in fiery building explosions, then don't click on the 5 question Friday thread. Ain't that hard, bro.

How is the Wrangler? I've pondered getting one, but I need to haul stuff with my truck. I've always liked Jeeps

And yeah the mpg is awful, especially with gas at $3.48/g here.

My buddy had one. I loved it. He didn't. It was fun, but for an everyday vehicle it was kind of a pain in the ass. It was loud as hell inside. The ride was bumpy. Not a lot of trunk space.

That was a while ago, though. Probably different now.

Really? I thought it was the fact you threw a fit in the NBA forum because of certain posters not being run. Remember that? When you threatened to "poach" posters from here?.Then you skulked off like a whipped Cur.

But all along it was a silly benign thread in which we BS with other about cars, food, travel, and chicks......
