Iteresting how strongly he considered himself before his wife had the final say.

Also it sounded like Gruden was not ready to come back (enjoying his TV gig plus prob his kid still in school) but MH made it sound like he would if Holmgren really wanted him too.

I know things change but at this moment he really makes it sound like Colt's the guy (a rock star in North Texas)

He had also had a few things to say about Cam & Lockert. Commends them for working out at combine.
One curious thing he said was that it was understandable if QBs are not as accurate at combine workout because the WRs arent on same page with timing and such, but then he said a QB shouldn't miss too often or that will tell you something...
We all know who missed his targets alot.

Yea he was terrible , think he might drop low enough , where Holmgren could see he might have some value.

Thnaks for posting this, Yogs. I think it closes the books on how the coaching non-search really went. Man, we were SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO close to having a proven winner.

Someone has to get Mrs. Big Show a group of freinds, stat. And he turned down Chuckie. Ugh.

JB, it appears to me MH will be mentoring Shur and will be heavily involved in all HC decisions without putting in as many long hours to keep Mrs MH happy.

Its a healthy situation if all parties are on the same page. And at this point, it appears they are.
