Vikes currently up by 17 (which they should be) since UIC blows...
Don't mean to sleep on Wright State or GB but I'm going to because CSU should beat either of those teams too.
That puts us against Butler in the semis. Maybe 3rd times a charm?
Got some faith that Valpo or Detroit can pull an upset against Milwaukee even in their house.
Then we'd get to host the Championship game.
Wishful thinking. Probably won't get past Butler.
Cleveland is the city where we come from so run run

Harmon and Montgomery scored 30 between them. They need to do that each night of this tourney.
Pogue fouled out (again)

with 10 points
The Vikes better enjoy this two day break and prepare hard for Wright State Friday in Milwaukee. They ain't dead yet.

Needing to beat Wright State three times in the same season worries me. They're a tough veteran group and Vaughn Duggins can go Norris Cole on you and beat you by himself.
I'm definitely not looking past the Raiders.
On the other hand, if we're projecting down the road, the best case scenario for us would be for Valpo to beat Milwaukee because we do not match up well with Detroit at all. Their front line would kill us (for the third time this year) if we had to play them in the championship. They're also a young team that has gotten hot down the stretch.
First things first though.

BTW, did anybody see that we were a blown YSU layup away from being the two seed? YSU had Milwaukee on the ropes and missed a layup at the buzzer that sent the game into overtime where Milwaukee went on to shutout the Penguins and claim the top seed.
That's what happens when you put it in somebody else's hands.

I heard about it. Early on it looked possible that we were still going to get the 1 seed.
If we do end up getting to Butler I wonder if playing the two extra games would be a good thing. Maybe get a somewhat rusty Butler.
