Smart move and the best scenario for both sides. Browns don't need another hole to fill and Phil gets a raise but not a long-term deal. I like it.

We need Phil to retire a Brown.
We sold our house in June to the first people who came to see it. We listed below all the comps in the area. And then took 14 thousand dollars off that price to close the deal. Figured if we were going to get fucked we wanted to get fucked quickly. House behind us was on sale at the same time and was nearly identical.They were very slow to come down on their asking price. They sold for 10K less than what we had to absorb...after 18 months on the market.
Times are tough for sellers if you don't have your expectations in order.

BTW - when reading the article over on the PD, I read a few of the comments, and one genius was all pissed off that the Browns used the Franchise tag on a Kicker rather than Matt Roth.
That kind of logic is why
