While some have twisted love for our continued futility one man, myself, has become sick to my stomach. I want to throw verbal insults at people, such as peeker, who embrace losing. I have so far refrained because he just seems to continue to say the same things over and over, usually with better prose, and sometimes better rationale, and I lack the energy to match him post for post.

Tonight the Cavaliers win, and bring to an end the malaise.

When the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Memphis Grizzlies in late November, they improved to 7-9 and were doing a better job than nearly anyone expected of being competitive without LeBron James.

Even with a roster decimated by injuries, it's hard to believe what's happened.

What the HELL is the sense of losing 22 in a row if you're not gonna lose 25 in a row.

And tonight's record is crap. The money game is tomorrow against Portland that will surpass the single season mark and tie the longest losing streak PERIOD.

No, tonight is but a step toward a losing streak worth having and hedges against them beating a couple disinterested teams later in April to eff up the ping pong ball situation.

Well tell that human paraquat to stop making threads that were designated to either myself or cass. BTW haven't heard from cass lately. He really was pretty depressed on all things Cavaliers. Hope he didn't off his fandom.

No IMO this is the one that matters. We lose here are name is attached to the record as one of three teams. Sure your sick mind would like it all to ourselves, but my more rational mind would rather not be attached to such failure. Especially given the stellar history of the organization. It would be against nature.

Vancouver Grizzlies set the record in their first season. Cavs can tie the record tonight against the Grizzlies. Byron Scott played for that Grizzlies team. The record is 23. Not having #23 anymore is the reason the Cavs can tie the record.

Wow.

So nice to see the continued and exponential development of JJ Hickson now that LeShackles have been removed for half the season.

I particularly love his willingness to take the 18 foot jumper and his efficiency in knocking it down.

You'd have thought maybe he'd miss those 5 dunks a game he got last season but nope, not a bit.

1. Opponent that overlooks them
2. Empty road arena
3. Early foul trouble on an opponent big man
4. Anthony Parker not sucking balls (yet)

Nah. Still have faith despite all of the above they'll lose by 15.

Hey!! It's a halftime lead for the Cavs. I call this the mortgage game because it comes once a month.

Usually what happens next is opponent's coach nearly has a stroke, reminds his squad that they should actually take off sweats and lace up shoes for the 2nd half against the Cavs and the Cavs wilt like lettuce under a bacon and vinegar dressing.
