Duke goes down to FSU, and the Buckeyes squeak by Michigan.

So Ohio State will be No. 1....until they aren't anymore.

When you think about it, the polls mean so little at this point. The goal now becomes playing well enough to be seen as one of the top four teams at the end, to assure a 1-seed. Everything else is chatter.

I like that they're playing these close games. They were not tested at all by that hilarious non-confrence schedule. They'll lose at some point, but they have alot of weapons. Hard to DT Sullinger when he has those shooters on the wing.

If you are a pre-season number one you are far more likely to be in the Final Four, or a champion, then if you enter the tournament as number one.

So much for the notion you need to be "running hot" going in I suppose.

May I suggest a change in the thread title. I thought OSU had worked out some sort of yearly match up with the SEC in football.... ZING!!!
