After Allen and Redd turned us down that summer honestly we shouldn't have maxed out our FA money (we spent the just under 3 max contracts that summer). In the same way the Presti has been free to keep cap space and use it to grab draft picks and young talent TMLP should have convinced his star player to let Ferry take that route (assuming Ferry would have, not sure there).
