I can't believe Auburn needed a last-second FG to win, really. They dominated the LOS all night.

You can have Cam Newton as an NFL QB. Don't want any part of that guy and all the work that needs to be done on his game. How you don't put up 40 on that shitty Oregon defense is indefensible.
And for the next 30 minutes I'm going to try and find someone to translate at least some part of what Nick Fairley fucking said. I couldn't understand a word.

You fork over two hundred grand to a Heisman QB, you're a pretty darn good team too.

You seriously think Pryor made six figures at tOSU? There's a line between 'everybody cheats' and 'the BCS Championship Bowl presented by the New York Yankees'. That's why USC spent this bowl season at home and why everyone and their grandmother knows this year's BCS title will be held by Vacated within the next five years. Skirt the edges here and there, sure, but don't get too cocky. The NCAA really is watching.

But watching and acting are two different things. Does anyone really think the NCAA feels that college football's best interests (and their own) would be served by conducting a thorough investigation of Auburn athletics, the Newtons and the possibility that Cam got $250,000 to play there.....and if found guilty, then giving them the death penalty (if that wouldn't be a death penalty offense, what would?) and vacating the national title, stripping the Heisman, etc.
That might well start a backlash of finger-pointing that would require similar scrutiny of the whole SEC, among other schools. Anyone think the NCAA wants to go there? I don't.

Madre, I think Pryor has been paid handsomely for his time in Cbus, maybe not 200 large, but it's been a good amount plus some other perks (cars, food, etc.....). I said it in an earlier post but I think there's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more things that TPizzy and others have gotten away with but haven't been disclosed yet. But that's just my opinion and probably a short-sighted one by me, but so be it. To think tOSU or other teams haven't been bending/stretching/breaking the NCAA rules is ludicrous.
