It's Michigan Week

Unread postby peeker643 » Mon Nov 22, 2010 10:31 am

Come on y'all. I know UM blows but don't take it for granted now.

What's the difference between a Michigan fan and a carp?

One's a bottom-feeding scum sucker and the other is a fish. ;-) ;)

I don't care how rotten UM is or how down they are. Keep them there and step on their throats.

I want to see Denard Robinson in two huddles Saturday. The first offensive play of the game and then the next with a team of orthopedic experts.

Nothing less than humiliation is the goal. Don't give that dirty whore of a program any cause for optimism whatsoever.

This later date kinda fucks with the underclassmen jumping in Mirror Lake as it takes place on the Thursday before the game.

Better to gauge their level of commitment if you ask me.

Waters's a little colder but they can warm up with a decent dinner afterward.

Sissies.

I've seen someone throw a half of a ham sandwich at a scUM fan in May because that's how deep the hatred goes.

Like chopped ham or good stuff like ham off the bone?

Seems a waste when you could walk right up and strike someone with vicious intent and still eat your sandwich.

We were in a car, it was a drive by hamming.

Seriously...... Driving rt 36 in Delaware county and a scUm fan happened to walk by our car and in one motion my buddy yells "fuck Michigan!" and wings a half eaten sliced ham sandwich at the guy's head.

Once again, driving by and hitting him with the car door seems like a better use of a ham sandwich.

And before you tell me about not wanting to kill the guy, understand Mama Cass didn't get hit with a car door boss. No. It was a ham sammich that did her in.

I don't understand you kids.

A page full of Michigan jokes...

http://www.chemistry.ohio-state.edu/~rz ... chigan.htm

Most of these are ones I have heard, but this is one that I hadn't....and it made me laugh out loud...

Jake was dying. His wife, Becky, was maintaining a candlelight vigil by
his side. She held his fragile hand, tears running down her face. Her
praying roused him from his slumber. He looked up and his pale lips
began to move slightly. "Becky my darling" he whispered. "Hush my love,"
she said. "Rest, don't talk." He was insistent. "Becky," he said in his
tired voice, "I have something that I must confess." "There's nothing to
confess," replied the weeping Becky. "Every thing's all right, go to
sleep." "No, no. I must die in peace, Becky. I...I have been a Michigan
Fan all of my life!" "I know sweetheart," whispered Becky, "let the
poison work."

Here's the Nike throwback jersey the Bucks will be wearing Saturday. At least some of the players are excited about them. I can take it or leave it.

It's supposedly to honor the 1942 team. Okay.

Seemed like a good place to share: I'm taking a buddy of mine to the 'shoe Saturday because apparently he'd never been to a Michigan game in person. We've been rabid Buckeye fans for years, watched 90% of the games together for years, and I didn't realize he'd never been. We'd been going to the home opener ever year for the better part of a decade. About time we hit the bookend together.

it is not the cold weather, it is the fact that Thursday is Thanksgiving and most students will be gone. the lake jump has been rescheduled for tonight in case anybody wants to join them.

Ran into a michigan grad this week, roughly same age and we had some mutual friends, says "You guys know this isn't really our rivalry right. MSU is a much more fitting rival b/c the schools are so much more equal all around. Playing you guys is like the good smart kid hanging around the bad seed trying to be a good influence".

I See Bassed him, no lie.
