Just before coming online, I finished taking a shit. Whilst taking said shit, I was reading an article in ESPN the Magazine entitled "It Happens", all about how athletes are just like the rest of us, and sometimes, yes, they shit. I finish doing my thing, turn on my computer, check my email, do a coupla other semi-important things, then click over to these boards. And the first thing I see is also about shitting.

Its been a shitty day.

I am squarely in the group that had no idea the other option even existed.

I think most people are. I still am not sure that it's real.

Maybe its a hoax to make people think there is another group/method, just for laughs.

I knew it existed in theory only because I am like the guy who wrote in that stands for the final swipe.

There simply isn't enough room for me to wipe while sitting.

Hybrid. Start with the sit, finish with the stand. Some times I scoot my ass on the carpet. Seems to work for my dog, so I figured what the hell.

Seen my dog lick his ass, might want to give that a try for those difficult ones.

Not only would I like to know how Erie reacted to getting his ass licked by Ziners dog, I'm wonderin' what peek wipes his ass with in the fall when there are no leaves to be found?

...and what kind of dog? We talkin' Shepard, Rotweiler or daschound/toy poodle?

...and baby wipes? wtf?.... too much ruffage maybe?...try some cheese once in awhile

Paper towels are a utility tool no hunter should be without. Ever.

They serve as: Toilet paper/kleenex/kindling/trail mark/blood wiping rag/towel. A knife and paper towels might be my first two survival item selections. :thumb up:

But leaves work. And there's always leaves in the woods in some form. ;-) ;)

Ziner's dog is nasty, btw.

Just remember when we talk about shitting in the woods you're speaking to someone who has used sticks and tree brances to wipe his ass and a bayonet for Kling-ons :salute:

Yeah. Well it's a bit more civilized when the things you're hunting aren't trying to kill you too FMB.

Branches would be dicey. ;-) ;)
