Live at the Q performing The Wall. I'll be there. Couldn't be more pumped about it.
Anyone else going?

I got this one rule. I never go out with girls who say "bitchin'".

I just got back.
I can't believe none of you assholes went to this. It was mind numbingly, life alteringly awesome. One of the greatest things I've ever witnessed.
I wish you could have seen it through mine eyes.

Would have loved to have went, but a little difficult to make it the 450 miles each way on a week-night.
Loved his performance of The Wall at the Berlin Wall less than a year after it came down...so I'm assuming this show was pretty awesome as well.

I bet it was AWESOME, dude..........
Unfortunately, the best I could do was see him in the 70's with that bar band he played with.

It really was great. He sounded perfect and the band was spot on. He also had the big floating teacher, wife, and mother things with the glowing eyes that mess with your mind. Also, a big blow up pig on a remote control floating over the crowd. I'm going to send them an email to see if I can drive it next time they come to town.
I'm also planning on seeing Waters with his original band (can't remember their name) in the 70's. Just waiting for my Delorian to get out of the shop.
They did show some footage of a young Roger singing Mother at Earls Court in 1980 while he was singing Mother last night.

I fucking hate the Eagles.
I used to take copious amounts of bong hits listening to Floyd though.

This thread is funny, it wasn't the big blow ups messing with your mind Mother.
I still say to this day they had the most unique sound of any rock band, ever.

This guy is like what...100 years old? How about the lead singer of Jethro Tull? Christ these bastards never give up. I quit the music business when I was 21. It's a young man's game , not for old fucks.
