How highly recruited was Jordan Hall in HS? Was he a legit prospect or a package deal w/Pryor? IOW, if Pryor goes elsewhere, is Hall a Buckeye?

Peek, he wasn't highly regarded in OSU recruiting circles and some thought that it was a gift offer to Pryors teammate.

But nationally I think he was a 4 star recruit, so not a sleeper nationaly by any means, more just a pleasant surprise to bucks fans who were doubters, myself included.

As soon as I saw him run I said he really really reminded me of Mike Hart, and I still think its a great comparison, even if you want to say he's a poor mans' Mike Hart.

I sometimes fall behind, I have little patience for commercials, just caught up.

Hate to see that poorly thrown 2 straight times to end the half BUT, its good in that it will serve a that gamely (yah I know its not a word, think daily) reminder that he still needs to get better.

Maybe its strictly paranoia, but I don't ever want to be the team that is 100% full of themselves like in 06.

OK, just got back from the bar and here is my opening salvo:

1. WTF were the starters doing in the game during the second half. That injury to Howard looks like a "done for the year." The injury to Donnie Evege on ST didnt look good either. So that means both #2 CBs are now on the DL for a while. What happens if Torrence/Chekwa isn't able to go? Oh, fuck. Clarke and Brown look OK, but do you really want them out there.'

2. OK, can we all now agree that BS is the second coming of Lydell Ross? I got criticized for it before, are we ready to accept it yet?

3. Nice to see T. Wash get out there and make a couple of catches. I am sure that takes the pressure off of him some.

4. Looks like Philly Brown has passed Fields and Washington on the depth chart, 2 games earlier than I projected.

5. The Buckeyes look amazing blitzing 2 out of a traditional 3-4. I think that is a look they should use more.

6. TP did a nice job checking down. Did anyone else get the feeling that this was a passing drill for TP to try to remediate his issues with the short pass from last week.

7. Boom Herron is nice, but he is a poor man's Jordan Hall/Jamaal Berry. Speaking of Berry, I am getting the feeling that there is more to this story.

8. Sorry, Michigan is just not that good. Umass puts 37 on them at home? Seriously?

9. Cam Heyward will get all the press, but Dexter Larimore is the fucking man. No one will have success up the middle.

10. Devon Torrence is good.

11. Sanzenbacher is the real #1 on this team.

12. This defense will continue to dominate the TO margin for the season. They hit so fucking hard, play so ferociously and put so much pressure on the O, that they will cause and force mistakes. This defense is all world and it has a clear, "FUCK YOU UP" mentality.

13. Bryant Browning is actually better than Justin Boren through the first 3 games of the season.

14. Mike Adams and JB Shugarts did OK today, but obviously weren't quite as into it as they were against last week's excellent D-Line from Miami.

15. Brandon Saine was so bad that he actually made me stop eating Nachos, I was speechless for 10 minutes after one of his carries. Don't give me this, "No holes bull shit." Everyone else seems to find them. If the hole is jammed up, DO NOT STOP IN THE BACKFIELD AND MAKE DECISION ABOUT WEAR TO GO.

16. Jake Stoneburner is a weapon obviously, but I am still waiting for the Bucks to try to use him in the seam against the cover 2.
