One of my buddies who gambles a lot loves betting WNBA. This has nothing to do with anything, it just cracks me up.

"Loves betting on WNBA" is pretty well synonymous with "severe gambling addiction," no? Pretty much a gateway to placing bets on the Cal Ripken League game at the city park.

Yeah I was just about to ask if his buddy is Pete Rose. Shit, I thought I was bad betting on what color gatorade would be poured at the Super Bowl.

Don't know if it's changed, but 3-4 years ago the best teams in the WNBA covered the spread like 65% of the time.

LOL, are you trying to make the argument that Noah is not one fugly dude?

You can certainly make a similar joke about Andy, but Noah also has the East German ladies swim team fauxstache thing going on...

Yes, he's a bookie, and a gambler. He says it's a home-court league and the teams are very imbalanced therefore easy to pick winners if you follow.

I guess if you are going to gamble, picking a niche sport is a good idea? I don't know, my only gambling is done riding bareback in Tijuana.

Was at a poker table in Vegas one time and a guy saunters over from the sportsbook, hops in the game, and says matter of factly, "I got the under in the WNBA game tonight, I figure no way those broads score many points."

The under hit easily. Vegas paid the sexist bastard.

I don't think that's the problem. I think the problem is that we have a thread that is in danger of being crushed by a dwarf.

Thanks Cass. I was left hanging for quite a while.

But not to worry. It's just a problem. It gets solved.
