well, we've had flash and dash for the last 7 years and what did that get us??? if you ask me a little bland humble pie might just be what the doctor ordered. instead of worrying about the packaging and the marketing, how about let's just concentrate more on the actual product and see where that gets us???

I like them, was never a huge fan of the other jerseys and certainly didn't get the constant use of navy blue. Wine and Gold.... stick with Wine and Gold.

They could be wearing plaid, puke green or anything else. The point is, these jerseys are going to sit in the Cavs team shop and gather dust while no one buys them, because nobody really cares to drop $80 on a Ramon Sessions mesh Swingman model.

I don't think these unis are destined to be remembered fondly. They're going to be worn by losing teams. When the Cavs are competitive again, it will probably be time for another uniform/logo overhaul.

It's a shame. I actually do like them. Though I was a fan of the metallic gold. It looked more modern.

This true wine/gold color scheme is probably here to stay, so long as Gilbert owns the team. Looks like blue is on the way out as an accent color, even though the logo still has it.

Too bad they can't have gold primary home unis like back in the '70s. The NBA probably has a rule against that now, with the Lakers grandfathered in. Same reason why the Yankees are still allowed to not display last names on their road jerseys.

The Cavs' home uniforms from their inception until the 1982-83 season were gold, much like what the Lakers have historically worn for home games. With marketing and image control now being what it is, the NBA probably has since put a rule on the books that states the primary home unis for all teams must be white, with the Lakers granted an exception because they've always worn gold as their primary home uniforms.

I am not a fan of the scripting on the jerseys. They remind me too much of what the NHL did where many teams picked up jerseys with similar lettering script and style. Different colors, different team, same script. I hope the NBA doesnt do that. I am a fan of the colors, glad they still rock the wine and gold as thats their original color scheme (even though I liked the blue and orange a ton).
