Weird Message on the Game Thread

When going to the game thread from today I keep getting this weird "maleware" message. Don't know what it's from as I am a complete computer illiterate.

It only seems to be the game thread affecting me and it's weirding me out, man. WTF is that?

Anyone else getting this?

Somebody probably has an avatar linked off-site from a site known for malware. Probably shouldn't be an issue.

Edit: Yes, I got it too.

Double edit: It's Mr. X's Towelie avatar. It's linked from icons.iconator.com.
