Inspection report excerpt: Inspectors found employees lacking in overall food-safety knowledge after observing one worker washing his hands with his gloves on. Another location had a gallon of milk that had expired 10 days prior.

Also, loved the following:

-Mice droppings in DC (woulda thought they'd be in Orlando? Yes, I slay me)
-"Soiled ice bins" @ the Panthers' arena? "Um, yes, I'd like to try one of the frozen logs, please"
-Ford Field employees keep their "half-eaten burgers" in the warming units? Hey, who likes a cold burger?
-They counted each individual excreta @ MSG? Fun job in tough times
-Real men are from Texas and Texans like old weiners

I saw this today and it still makes me want to vomit.

Inspection report excerpt: Inspectors cited one vendor after watching employees handle raw, breaded chicken while loading fryers and then handling cooked food without changing gloves or washing hands. The employees placed cooked chicken back in the same container used to pre-portion raw chicken before cooking.

I guess the lesson of this OTL report is only eat at stadiums in Chicago.

Is anyone REALLY surprised at this. The people who work concession stands aren't really the most educated, or customer service friendly people out there.

Aren't a lot of the workers at CBS volunteer groups? They were when I was in college. I know we volunteered at the Gund for some Cavs games to raise money.

My HS hockey team's parents ran a couple stands on Sundays as a fundraiser for the program.

Not sure if they still do it or not.

I'm not a barbarian. I'll use a urinal like a civilized human. Irish people invented the piss trough.

The food at CBS is pretty horrible, i'm pretty sure it made me sick....... Or maybe that was the play of the team.
