Didn't listen to 850 but listened to 1350 this morning and Steven A was laying into TMLP. Saying that LBJ is a 25 year old and didn't deserve to be called out the way Gilbert did. That Gilbert was to blame for not getting All Star players around James. Obviously SAS didn't realize that Gilbert came in in '05 and the previous regime fucked up draft picks and what not. He was literally screaming into the mic calling Gilbert classless and "Mini Me". However I guess keeping a franchise hostage while signing short term deals and not allowing the FO to get players here becuase your superstar won't commit long term is okay in SAS's eyes.

He later had Jim Gray on and apparently this whole 1 hour infommercial was concocted during the Finals in LA. Gray is proud the way it went.

The way some of the media is defending how James went about this is ridiculous. Not being able to get AM in my building is actually a blessing in disguise

What LeBron just did was perhaps up there in the most scummy thing in the history of sports.

It just continues to show how far ESPN is removed from it's audience, but they don't care, they'll continue to allow the Stephen A. Smith's and Mark May's of the world flap their gums and devolve into some third-rate tabloid.

And until there's no competition it will remain like this.
