Crazy as it sounds since Bosh will do wonders for this team and is exactly the kind of player we need

I really do not want a guy on my team who doesn't want to play here and is only here because of LeBron and $125m.

There's this site, called The Cleveland Fan or something like that, where there's a lot of good stuff, but you have to actually READ the threads to gain insight. ;-) ;)

Lots of links on pages 3 and 4 of this

ESPN reporting Bosh doesn't want to play in Cleveland, even with LeBron. Not his kind of town.

But then there's this:

The Cavaliers are hopeful that will change, because in Cleveland, Bosh can meet two of his top priorities: playing with James, and getting a six-year, $125 million contract.

If Bosh joins a team without doing a sign-and-trade, he will be able to sign only a five-year deal worth $96 million. He is determined not to leave that $29 million on the table, according to sources.

If he really is "determined not to leave that $29 million on the table", then he might have to take the S&T to Cleveland. Unless he can convince Wade to sign with the Bulls, and then convince the Raptors to S&T him to Chicago.

If Wade stays put and LeBron signs with the Cavs, would Bosh rather join Wade in Miami and walk away from $29 million, or take the money and play with LeBron?

If he were to accept the S&T, I could care less if he really doesn't want to be here...

Hell, we've had 1000's of players who haven't wanted to be in this town...

I'm sure the 29 mil and ring(s) opportunity would make the next 6 miserable years tolerable for him...

If the Raptors are serious in dealing, then I have a feeling this thing gets done quickly

Brousard says it is nothing against Cleveland.

Bosh thinks it means more to HIS legacy for him and LBJ/Wade to both switch teams. Otherwise he looks like the coat tails guy. You know, how everyone was saying LeBron going to join a better supporting cast would somehow hurt his legacy.

SD:

Thats correct,

he said the rub with Bosh in Cleveland is he really doesn't want to play Center,
especially against the studs in the east.

Its why Heywood was all part of the rumor mill.

Personally some of the sign and trade compensation involving Andy and Hickson is disturbing

Damn sure wouldn't want to lose both.

Though I think criticism of Broussard has been warranted, I think he's getting a bum rap on this one. It appears obvious that the Cavs and Raptors have, directly or indirectly, discussed the deal and that LBJ has worked behind the scenes to get Bosh to agree. That's pretty much all Broussard said. Never said Bosh would agree to it.

One of three things happens now: A) Toronto changes its stance with other teams, B) Chicago panics and adds Noah to the deal or C) Bosh is the one who has to make a choice: 6 yrs with CLE or 5 yrs with someone else.

Really?

Even if it meant locking up Kingie AND Bosh for the next 6 years?

I'd sure take my chances on that one

Sure, that's why the tea leaves read that he is most likely to end up in Miami.

And that's why he has been against Miami from the start.

Throw in the fact we may be giving away yet another draft pick in the rumoured deal and it gets a bit more worrying

I'd rather take Al Jefferson, giving up less

The more I hear about Bosh not being thrilled about playing in Cleveland and the only consideration he's giving it is because of the extra year and extra guaranteed $29m the more I want someone else instead

Its a mute point with Bosh taking the heat.

Butt if you trade away all your grunts to net more bosses who does the dirty
work.

Andy's hustle and heart was irreplaceable last year .

and although JJ is naught butt a puppy , together they're a fine nucleus of big men who
can score rebound play "D" and run.
