I disagree with a lot of what you said, but like I said I'm done with it.

One last question though, and I'll give my answer as well. Where do you see him projected out as then?

I'm going to stay with the Felton comp, but a little more PPG because he takes more shots. I will say I'm not as impressed as you that he was calling the sets for his team. That's not a skill that will add very much value over time, and I can't recall any PG's in the league that didn't make it because they couldn't figure out what set to call.

I mean, it's better to be able to learn it now than not, but it's not like it's a benefit for the future.

You use the excuse that the low fg% is because he had to do it all himself, yet you don't consider what having the ball in his hands often did to his assists totals. Why is that?

Its late, and I just got done working on the laptap at the home office so I might be mistaken, but didn't EO pinpoint the fact that his low FG% was more due to the TYPE of shots taken and not being able to finish at the rim rather than "doing it all himself." Smaller cats in the league need to learn HOW to use their bodies more, especially when undersized. Call it "veteran craftiness". Just sayin'.....

Sweet, so your take breaks down to: his numbers putting him in elite company doesn't matter, Felton was in elite company and didn't workout (again, he was considered a huge prospect after his rookie year and most all of his issues have been mental/being a pussy or injury related), you watching him play the Cavs lets you declare he will never be a good defender even though pretty much every analyst, stat, coach and person out there says differently, and intangibles (read leadership, swag and on the court intelligence) don't matter for PGs (and his intangibles for a 20 year old are what blows most everyone away, being able to command the respect to run the O and D while demonstrating the intelligence to do it in a very complex system in your first year in the league is impressive to everyone that writes, watches or follows hoops, but you).

Mo Gotti and Felton definitely demonstrated that intangibles don't matter in May of this year.
