Honest ? CDT, you actually think 2 blocks away separates the events of 911 and the notion of a Muslim mosque in the minds/hearts of New Yorkers, particularly the family of the victims?Cerebral_DownTime wrote:lol it says "near Ground Zero". It's 2 blocks away.

The Czar has been dead for 92 years, CDT. I don't blame the Russians. I blame the motherfuckers who sell it now.

Ground Zero is more than just where the buildings fell bud, hate to tell you that, the geographical convenience of a couple blocks is irrelevant here. However when is enough time is a fair ? IMO, can be argued both ways I suppose. But to shrug this notion off like pfft, get over it, is pretty ridiculous IMO. The Muslim faith however isn't being booted out of the US if this Mosque were put on hold or ultimately refused.Cerebral_DownTime wrote:FUDU wrote:Honest ? No I think 2 blocks away isn't Ground Zero. I think people just need something to bitch about.
What is the proper time line? 10 years? 50 years? Never?
Besides it's unAmerican to hold a whole faith responsible for the actions of a few.....

I'll remember you said that the next time I hear blanket denunciations of "Christianity" from a liberal, CDT.

Nice. Wonder what the outrage would be if a Christian suicide bombed it....

Because there aren't any Christian liberals?

Hilarious. At least Walters has the balls to call them out on their childish behavior.

Sure of course it is, but when you make that statement I am wise enough to understand that you aren't talking about all Catholic priest because that surely isn't the truth. Anyone with a brain knows not all Catholic priest raped children just as everyone knows not all Muslims attacked us on 9/11. I just thought it was funny to see two huge liberals and shills for democrats walk out on set and look foolish in the process trying to make a stink about a statement.
Just a guess, but I am sure they have taken liberties on the show to talk in generalities about Republicans or Tea Parties with out specifying that they mean a few or some.
