Gilbert came out and basically said they will have a review process. Everyone is under review, answers and moves will be made within 7-10 days, will not be a long processs.

Reiterated that the organization is built to be the most attractve option to ANY player.

That spending money makes money. An empty arena costs more then having one 20 million dollar swing but signing or cutting a player.

Feels most sorry for the Cleveland Fans. The goal is to win a championship, period.

Talk of the team moving or changing the culture once LeBron is gone is absurd, (<-Hello TCF ledgers...) and something no one in the ownership group ever thought of.

His goal and the organizations goal is to win a championship.

His casino needs a team to be pulling people to downtown. His team needs a casino to draw more people to downtown.

I agree, and pointed that out when Lead and others were going nuclear, but this is a Gilbert philosophy. His companies all run in this fashion, and he uses all the best practices to keep key employees and keep them happy. This isn't just some random mid market baseball team owner or Donald Sterling turn a profit every year...

The guy has done it, is doing it, and has all along said that he will continue doing it that way.

Totally missed the Ferry presser, but seeing that it is only like 15 minutes after 4pm, I am guessing he didn't say much. Yeah, Mother, that is what gives me a slight positive attitude towards the whole situation. Considering some where point to Stepien right away and moving to Seattle in the short term...
