For the sake of keeping CDT happy, figures we'd make all our free throws in a blowout, when it doesn't matter.

johnschuhmann: Here's the count: 64 CLE possessions. 9 turnovers. 45 scores on the other 55.

^ that is straight unreal. As Schuhmann pointed out, this game pace is SLOW and we have 96 through three.

FTR: I have a prop bet w/ one of my boys on LBJ scoring over 40 in the playoffs. The starters can stay in for another 3-4 minutes.

Gotta respect Gilbert's pocket book:

Lockedonsports: According to people I have talked to the Cavs are receiving a substantial fine from nba for these uniforms. My bet lebron wanted them

Lockedonsports: I don't believe these are the Cavs throwback uniforms. The Jazz Green is part of Hardwood Classics and those can't be worn in playoffs

What a dumb effin rule. If the jersey is approved for the regular season it should be permitted during the regular season. Whatever, as long as Lebron is happy and goes for 38 and we win by 30 they are worth every penny. Dudes going to be printing money when he gets that casino up anyway

I'm actually pretty down on Simmons work this season. His columns have been bad, spread himself way too thin. He's just a glorified talk radio host at this point.

Cool...

Did Z see 1 minute???

I bet a guy at work that he wouldn't

2 minutes left and Z's ass is nailed to the bench.

at this point it would be an embarrassment to put him in now. z is not now and never has been a garbage-time player, so why start now??? personally i would consider it a slap in the face for brown to ever put him in a game in this situation.

i still say that z can be a valuable asset if used in the proper way as a guy who can stretch the floor and draw the opposing team's center out of the paint. he can also lend some length on defense against the likes of ragweed wallace when the need arises instead of just letting him shoot over the top of a shorter j.j. hickson like what happened in game 2. that was a very poor matchup for j.j. and i fault mike brown for even putting j.j. in that position to fail in the first place.

z has always given sheed fits as his length just frustrates the hell out of sheed since he just can't shoot over the top of him. remember that one time when sheed got so frustrated with z that he just clubbed him with his elbow on top of the head and split z's dome open???

I'm a big fan of having you on the bandwagon for some reason Mitch.

It amuses me.

Yeah and all of them involve a ball gag and posters of Bill Simmons.

Nice, glad to see that booze going to good use.
In the end, we're all "only for a limited time," you guys.

Hey, asshole...I gave up taking Vicodin tonight just so I could do this game right and drink beer until my bladder explodes*

Get yourself healthy old man. I hear broken bones get tougher w/ age.

And a pill or two w/ a couple beers never killed anyone. Of course a low end amount of booze consumed is critical in figuring out the feasibility of said venture.

Let me step into the room and see if everyone is okay here tonight...

Turn the lights on, no one swinging from the shower curtain....

Okay. Good.

See ya Sunday.
