Now if he can add the O'Brien trophy to the collection
Galley Boys are slop on top of a so-so burger and a bun you coulde get from a Covneninet food mart generic pack. They the Antoine Joubert of burgers; soft, sloppy, oozing grease and cheap sauce and extremely overrated by a biased fan base. Proof that if you throw enough cheap sauce shit on a burger you still can't overcome the lame burger. -JB

I'll mention it here, since it seems relevant: Seven of the first place votes that didn't go to LBJ went to Kevin Durant (4) and Dwight Howard (3).

None for Kobe. He even split second and third place votes.

Exactly what I was thinking.
Guys had to be from LA, Orlando, OK City or NY?

Edit: Does Skip Ball-less get a vote?

Before this gets too far off track, let's all try to remember:

This was the second largest margin of victory in the history of the MVP.

Yes, a couple of writers don't like our guy. A couple of guys pimped their own. No big deal.

(But it will be fun to see if Simmons comes through on his promise to out the 2 guys that voted him third)

You still need to make the votes transparent.

Too much stupid shit goes down in the voting process.

And local broadcasters should absolutely not have a vote. Fucksticks like Austin Carr don't deserve the opportunity to be anywhere near the process.

Well I have no idea if SSS has any sort of proof that Bianchi even has a vote (he could not, each market only gets so many votes and they are then divided) here are three of the peeps that voted against LBJ.

Not really shocking in any way at all.

At least I was correct on the city of origin where the votes against 23 were from.

I'm curious, is it wrong that I feel the Dwight Howard is a wee bit overrated? I just feel that mainly due to the match up problems the Cavs had against him last year in the playoffs, he's been somewhat elevated to a higher level. He just comes off as a bit two-dimensional to me, but I could be very wrong on that.

I'm cool with Durant getting the votes though, I am really hoping that sometime in the future the Cavs meet up with the Thunder in the finals.

Dewey is Jekyll/Hyde.

In the first half he was meh in the second half he was terrifying (still not great on O though).

Either way, he is undeniably the best rebounder and shot blocker in the league. To be that (for the second year in a row at 23) prevents one from being overrated.

His problem is his weak ass mental state when he thinks the officials are out to get him.

Well that and having a post game.

It's just why people paid by teams shouldn't be allowed to vote.

See: broadcaster and team website writer.
