No way she really commits to this approach and it won't work. Try to get through that it is alifestyle, not a pill. The self-esteem she'll get from doing this on her own will be invaluable.

+1 Dude dont give your daughter those pills. It just isn't worth it. It isnt about some magic pill. Have you tried changing your entire family's lifestyle? Cook healthier food at home, take walks after dinner, maybe even consider a dog to walk.

JB suggest Alli, I believe even for that to work there needs to be a change in lifestyle, unless you want to be crapping your pants all the time. Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, P90X, Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Consider buying your daughter all of those before taking some pill, I dont trust those pills. At least they took the ephedra out, was taking those during college and man that stuff is strange.

There are a ton of rackets in this country, diet pills among the biggest.

Make an appointment with a nutritionist. Then follow the plan. It will work, the science is there. It ain't going to be close to easy, but you can have her spend years cockin' around chasing mirages, or you can get crackin' with a plan that will work.

Just have her throw up 20 minutes after dinner. That should give her body a chance to metabolize some sugars and raise glucose levels, without absorbing many calories.

And if she gets below 6% body fat, you won't have to waste money on birth control pills.

And if she gets below 6% body fat, you won't have to waste money on birth control pills.

Just make sure she is brushing thoroughly and often. Not a bad idea to get a high fluoride mouthwash like ACT. If you do that this is a great suggestion.
