Seriously tho, you just haven't figured me out...not that either of us care. It just is what it is.

For instance, I haven't paid enuff attention to you or your posts to have an opinion about you one way or the other

True, I don't recall but 5-6 posts, most of which were in one thread during the PSU/OSU game.

Not exactly a huge sampling.

Really wish I could have went, but I have a final tonight that I had to study for and I am swamped at work. If nothing else it would have be something to see, but like we always say, there is always next year.

From the video I saw, you might just want to jump stright to investing in a bong. :lmfao:

Whether you agree with FMB or others or not, you might wanna check out Huxley's "The doors of perception" if you haven't. A good, easy, short summer read.

I do give you some credit for sticking to yer guns on an unpopular stance.

What's wrong with the video?

I'll look into that book. Let me recommend you Naked Lunch by William S. Burroughs. He wrote it under the influence of some heavy drugs. That's the most difficult/weirdest book I've ever read. There's some interesting stuff in there though.

My fave Huxley quote..."The only sane reaction to an insane world is insanity"

There once was a time when a cap of chocolate mesc could make a crumpled up gram of hash on the kitchen counter look like a herd of dairy cows out to pasture....

Hey JB, you should check out this cat named Tom Wolfe, I hear he wrote a few things while under the influence of illicit substances. I know it might be hard for a rube like you to wrap your head around his work though. ;-) ;)

So now I can't read books by authors who use drugs? Give me a fucking break dude.

If anything, Naked Lunch and Burroughs himself are a good reason to stay off drugs.

You ever hear the urban legend, or perhaps true story, that Burroughs bet L Ron Hubbard that he couldn't start a religion?

That's one reason.

That entire book doesn't really make any sense. And he did "accidentally" kill his babies' momma.

So other people shouldn't use drugs because Burroughs shot someone 59 years ago? And because his book doesn't make sense to you?

Nice take... Really epic stuff.

He was a junkie. An interesting guy too, just not how I want to live my life.

Anyway, this picture is a little ridiculous. Even if weed is legalized no way the age to buy it or smoke it is below 18. What are they 12?

Those are sold with the intent on using legal tobacco in them. That's what the little signs say at most of the head shops at least. I'm sure that's the intent of these rascals.
Galley Boys are slop on top of a so-so burger and a bun you coulde get from a Covneninet food mart generic pack. They the Antoine Joubert of burgers; soft, sloppy, oozing grease and cheap sauce and extremely overrated by a biased fan base. Proof that if you throw enough cheap sauce shit on a burger you still can't overcome the lame burger. -JB

I'd be willing to bet RJ Reynolds and Phillip Morris both have plans already drawn up to start producing joints the second it's legalized.

They do and I own plenty of stock in Altria(MO) and Phillip Morris International (PM) because of that chance. I think it is only a matter of time, and while I used to be very much against it due to the welfare state, I think the current of personal responsibility and accountability have eroded my opposition. The cat can always be put back in the bag should something silly happen...

At the very least Phillip Morris is in the best position to make money off legalization. The infrastructure is built, and ready to capatilize. Just don't make smoking weed some sort of disability or genetic defect, and nothing more then a personal choice you can either deal with or not, and I am cool as shit.

FTR never smoked the stuff. My expierence is that some can smoke and still be productive, and some can't. Like life in general. I just want to make money off the stuff, and taxing the shit outta it like CDT stated up thread is the way to go. Just use the proceeds to pay off the debt, not as a slush fund.
