Not sure if everyone else got this emailed to them from the Blue Jackets but I found it to be an interesting read. I had no idea of the complexities and situation down in Columbus surrounding the team, arena, and revenue. Figured it would be a good jumping off point for those interesting in discussing.

The whole situation is fucked up.
Nationwide makes money hand over fist from CBJ games.
Not getting public finance was a mistake.
Luckily if shit gets worse we can put the vice tax increase back on the ballot if we need to. Columbus loves it's Blue Jackets. 10 years 1 playoff appearance and the fans still come out to support the team. Central Ohio is one of the most diehard supportive fanbases in the world.
