Miller got hung out to dry on all 3 goals. Defense cant turn it over like that. Rafalski got victimized twice in this game.

All that being said, who thought we would beat the Canadians, go to the gold medal game, and take Canada to OT before getting the silver medal??? Not a person on the planet. They played great and it gives a lot of hope for the future of US Hockey.

And you are spot on about the US at a disadvantage 4 on 4. Spot on. Not as much team speed or skill. We're a team built on being able to play in all 3 zones. Canada excels in the neutral zone and the offensive zone, which is all OT is.

BTW, that was a great ending to a great olympic hockey tournament. as a casual hockey fan i enjoyed the exciting play and was fine with the outcome, most of my favorite NHL guys were on Canada. also, anyone know if the canadian guys celebrated on the ice with cheap beer, cigars and drunk driving zamboni's like their dike compatriots?
