Well my favorite Bond movie is Goldeneye because of the battle between 006 and 007.




I'd like to see what other forum members think of the Bond series and post their favorite if they have one.

My list is close to tecs, except I forbid including Roger Moore movies.

He's perverted the brand to crap.

There's a reason they always said "Sean Connery IS james Bond" and "Roger Moore AS James Bond".

Moore is all camp. Love and Let Die is the only thing close to almost OK.

and then it drops off to near Moore crap.

Pierce is a male figure skater. Dalton a stiff. I like the new guy.

Live and Let Die is the only Roger Moore Bond movie worth watching, the rest are pretty much complete crap.

Timothy Dalton makes Roger Moore look good.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service would've been much better if Sean Connery had been in it.

I'm ambivelant to Remington Steele. I enjoyed the movies when I saw them, but I've never had the urge to actually watch any of them again.

The Best Pierce Brosnan Bond Movie actually is "The Matador" where he plays a broken down drunk assassin. Great film.

LOVED Casino Royale with Daniel Craig. QOS wasn't bad, but it didn't feel like a Bond pic, not Craig's fault, though.

Can't wait for the next one.

what's wrong with "camp"??? a lot of the 70's movies were all about "camp" and as long as you understood that going into it, that's what you were gonna get, where's the fault in that??? anyway, with that in mind, one of the best bond movies in my humble little opinion was "moonraker" mainly because of the villian "jaws" played by richard keil. i thought he was one of the most memorable bond villians of all time and it was his performance in that movie that really did it for me. that movie also produced one of the all-time funniest double-entendres in cinema when one of the government higher-ups asked what bond was doing as he was having sex with a woman in the space shuttle and "q" replied "i think he's attempting re-entry, sir". hilarious!!!

That was a really good one. "The Thomas Crown Affair" was also a strong entry.

Anything with Roger Moore is disqualified. He played Bond too much like he played The Saint, and everything was a bad pun. You half expect him to look at the camera like Michael Scott every time he cracks wise.

and it has Oddjob.

Those are mine too. I like the older bonds, they just aren't my favorites.

I like the new ones with Daniel Craig in it. If you have read the books, he is actually the closest to how Bond is written.
