Bullshit. Dimebag (that nickname annoys me, he didn't smoke pot, he changed it to dump "Diamond Darrell" from their cock rock days) wasn't the end all be all of metal. He was just a pretty good guitarist in a great band. DamagePlan was garbage.

I'd like to see Mastodon and Helmet, the rest is not my cup of tea.

By "pretty good guitarist" you mean bad ass mother f-er.
Pantera is/was my favorite band of all time.
I'm a huge fan of pretty much any kind of music you could think of and some of my favorites will be in Cbus for this show.
I'm there dude.

FightDr, rank Pantera's albums, curious to see what you think. (no need to include the cock rock ones).

I'm pumped to see Limp Bizkit.
Their first 2 discs were sweet in my opinion and i've never seen them live.

You don't wear a red Yanks cap, and I suspect you shake your fist in anger at anyone who turns a baseball cap around backwards.

Plus you've already completed the balding process.

Going OT:
Sounds like Dimebag's entered the "Biggie Zone" in the metal genre. Or, is it the "Tupac Zone?" Young rap fans have these guys stuffed down their throats as icons by pop rappers when there were so many better rappers out there. They were good, I know that- and their ends were tragic, but not the end all be all. Give me Chuck D and Guru against those two in their primes.

Concert:
I'm not a fan of anyone one that attached concert bill, but I would throughly enjoy the show's experience. Looks just nutty enough to be fun. And, wow- I didn't know Sevendust was still kicking around.

Plan on going to mainly see Godsmack again.

Wife LOVES Sully. Like, 'it was nice knowing ya RC' love him if she had the chance.

We saw them last year down in Cincy at Crue Fest. Awesome. Love the dueling drums that they do.

Also I can't believe I agree with something from CDT but his rankings of Pantera albums is exactly they way I would have ranked them.

Mastodon is awesome and they should be headlining the whole damn thing.

I'd like to see them, Helmet, and Zombie(as long as he doesn't play anything after Hellbilly) but i'm not sitting through the rest of that musical diaherra.
