Cleveland Browns & The NFL

I heard through the grapevine today that the browns are making slight changes to their uniforms. They are going to a different shade of brown(darker?), doing away with the orange pants and jerseys, and changing to gray facemasks. White pants will be worn home and away. Anyone else hear anything on this? I guess they want to go old school. I personally like the orange pants, especially with the brown jerseys.

Yeah Mike, they are going back to the gray face masks, wider stripes on the jersey sleeves, and that real deep dark brown color.

They're also going back to only white pants, and just the brown and white jerseys ... losing all of those terrible shades of orange.

Long overdue changes. I'm pumped.

Exactly what era are these jerseys from?

I would have preferred the '80s era, with the #s on the sleeves (instead of on the shoulder pads area), and the thin striping on the sleeves ans pants.

The gray facemask is gonna look stoopid with the all whites.

Well, technically the Steelers are black and yellow. I would say the Saints are more of a copper and black.

But both say they are black and gold?

After they changed their faggy unis

Even the Broncos didn't get a Lombardi until they lost those faggy Orange unis.

This is a good omen, Real Men dont wear Orange Pants, and no way can you play a mans game with fucking Orange Pants on, just look at the Buccaneers after those Faggoty Unis got tossed in the trash, they unded up being monsters of the midway.

Can you Imagine, Dick Butkus in Orange Pants?

Have we ever won a Championship, in orange pants?

Case closed.

I like the grey masks too.

Somebody get the real stats, but I recall, the Rams, the Buccaneers, the Bengals, the Patriots at least...

I must be old school, but I loved the old Patriots and Bucs unis and helmets. Then again, I think the new-new unis for the Bengals suck, (I liked the ones they had when they made the SB, hated the older ones.)

Even the Broncos didn't get a Lombardi until they lost those faggy Orange unis.

Old and new both are not good.

I think the 2006 Browns look will be great.
