I'm trying to put the following picture as my avatar but am having sizing problems. It is obviously too big as is, and when I host it on imageshack as an avatar it is too small to really recognize.

I was curious as to if anyone could help me out to get it large enough to know what it is yet small enough not to be obnoxious. Any help would be appreciated.
